"Thank you for your outstanding service you went "Above & Beyond" This spring while staying in our deeded condo in the Canyons an emergency came up and I had to fly to Denver on business. When I called the with my urgent need to get to the SLC airport the dispatcher calmed my nerves and reassured me that I would be able to get picked up and dropped off at the airport with time to spare.Sure enough they were out in front within 10 minutes of the call and from the time I called to having the driver give my bag to the skycap was less than an hour. The trip was pleasant, your driver knew the area and told me some history I did not know and even shared a few stories of growing up in Atlanta (not Georgia but a tiny town in my home state of Idaho). I love Cadillac Escalades, mine is Royal Blue and the Escalade they picked me up in was Jet Black and spotless! I will always use your company when I fly in or out of Salt Lake and need to get to or from Park City."
